  • This is not an instant confirmation of reservation, we will revert to you soon for further reservation processing. The Process as below:
    • Step 1. Fill in the online reservation form & submit it.
    • Step 2. We will email/contact you to confirm your reservation & advice you the total amount that you need to pay us.
    • Step 3. Make payment by ATM/Cash Machine or Credit Card 7 days prior check-in.
    • Step 4. Notify us by faxing or emailing your bank-in slip or your copy credit card authorization letter.
    • Step 5. Final confirmation & ready for your check-in.
  • In order to secure your reservation you are required to make full payment 7 days prior check in otherwise we shall treat this reservation as cancel.
  • Room booking will only be confirmed once we received the payment.
  • In the event of no show or last minute cancellation (within 72 hours before arrival), one room night charge will be levied.
